THE ELITE

ABOUT THE NOVEL.

Chris Thatcher is the son of two outlawed Elite citizens-once revered special forces of the government’s ELITE program (Evolutionary Life Intelligence Training Experiment)- who are now deemed as traitors, and wanted dead.

They have formed an underground society where they are scouting for Elites in hiding and rebuilding their numbers to strike back at the government that betrayed them.

The Elite takes place in 2092, 3 years after the invasion of the Gizer alien race and almost 3 decades after the genocide of the Elite race, a superior human race, created for the purpose of reinforcing the US government’s power across the Globe.

Chris–the 20 year old protagonist-and his family live in a secret society, beneath the Mojave Desert, where they train Elites to use their genetically enhanced abilities, and instill malicious facts about humans and their government.

The society is a safe haven for all Elites. No outsiders are allowed. The city (Elusis) was founded by Philip Thatcher, (Chris’s father) a year after the government ordered the lethal removal of all Elites.

Chris and his older brother Dylan are apart of a scout team, whose job is to go on rescue missions to nearby cities in search of other Elites in hiding.

On a routine mission to Las Vegas Chris encounters a badly injured man and his sister being held in a facility with other Elites. Chris ultimately chooses to help the siblings despite learning of their alien origins.

The decision is one that will completely alter his life, and the lives of his family and friends forever. It will even change his perspective of his father and leave him questioning everything he was taught to believe about the outside world…
